Poor service and incoprrect Quantities

I hired this company to produce a schedule of work, listing all items for my builder, quantities needed and to provide me a price guide. The work was 2 months late, delaying my build. Now into the build, I have found that many of the quantities are incorrect, which has caused huge delays and problems as we have not ordered enough materials. This means I am not water-tight and am waiting for fresh supplies.
